A beautiful gated boating community just minutes from downtown Fort Myers, Florida and the Caloosahatchee River.  Palm Island has slightly over 200 individual homes divided into two phases.  About half of the homes are on canals.

Location

Palm Island is located in Lee County, North Fort Myers, Florida.  We are off Hancock Bridge Parkway a short distance from US 41.
